3/. The Oatley Clock Butchery steaks are the best town:  Hand cut, hand trimmed and hand tenderized. Our Beef has very specific requirements to become certified.  This fine meat includes our incredible roasts, stew meats, kabobs.
                   
4/. The Oatley Clock Butchery has genuine fresh meats:  Unlike many big box superstores, we don't inject our meats with carbon monoxide, or any other gas, to make them look fresh.  Our meats actually are fresh.  We leave out the carbon monoxide.  Customers get only the real meat.
